2026 Double Oaked Lottery

Our newest Double Oaked Bourbon hits retail shelves across 21 states in late October. But we’re giving fans another chance to get their hands on this highly anticipated specialty release: The 2026 Double Oaked Bourbon Lottery.

Our Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey — Batch 4 — was aged 8 to 10 years and given additional time in our South Georgia climate to develop the deep flavor and smooth, high-proof character we expect from Double Oaked. Bottled at 131.5 proof and marked with Double Oaked’s distinctive black label, 100 bottles of Batch 4 are waiting at the distillery for 100 lottery winners. It’s back. Back in black, indeed.

Enter our 2026 Double Oaked Bourbon Lottery through noon ET October 20, 2026. We’ll select 100 entrants for an opportunity to make their purchase at our distillery in Americus, Georgia, from October 22nd through December 19th. Winners will be notified by email on October 21, 2026.

Batch 4 Tasting Notes

Nose | Sweet cinnamon and dark brown sugar intermingled with a delicate hint of sweet BBQ smoke. Orchard notes of cooked peaches and fresh-cut melon balanced by rustic aromas of dried hay bales and soft leather.

Palate | Rich, dessert-forward layers of chocolate cake batter, honey and vanilla nougat. A complex middle phase of mulling spice, effervescent draft root beer and light vanilla cream sugar wafers.

Finish | Beautifully balanced between sweet malty flavors and a bold punch of cinnamon and clove spice. As the baking spices fade, lingering viscous oils beautifully morph the deeper chocolate notes into refreshing fountain soft drink flavors.

LOTTERY ENTRY RULES & PURCHASE INFORMATION

Number of Entries: Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. (Name and date of birth will be cross referenced to eliminate duplicate entries.)
Entry Period: The sweepstakes entry begins at noon ET on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, and ends at noon ET on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. No exceptions.
Drawing: On October 21, 2026, 13th Colony will randomly select 100 winners who will be given the opportunity to purchase the limited-edition Double Oaked Bourbon during a designated purchase window. Winners will be notified via email and must visit 13th Colony Distillery in Americus, GA, in person to purchase the 2026 Double Oaked Bourbon during the designated Purchase Window. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Purchase Window: Winners may purchase one (1) bottle of 13th Colony Doubled Oak Bourbon at MSRP $199.99 between noon ET October 22, 2026 until 4 p.m. ET December 19, 2026 during Distillery hours. (See Distillery Hours)
Pick Up Requirements: Winners must appear at 13th Colony during the Purchase Window. Winners must present an ID that matches the first and last name and date of birth of the submitted entry. If a winner cannot make it in person to purchase the prize, they are allowed to send a representative who meets our prize claim requirements as follows:

Winner must email 13th Colony at customerservice@thirteenthcolony.com stating they are designating a representative to come purchase their bottle. The winner must provide their designated representative’s full name, email and date of birth.
Winner’s representative must be at least 21 years old and bring a copy of their own ID (matching the information submitted by the winner) and a photocopy of the winner’s ID (matching the winning entry).
Only one (1) bottle can be purchased by a representative.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old.
Unclaimed Bottles: If, for any reason, a winner does not purchase their bottle of the 13th Colony 2026 Double Oaked Bourbon Batch 4 release within the timeframe designated in the rules, the UNCLAIMED BOTTLE WILL NOT BE AWARDED. 13th Colony reserves the right to sell the product at a later date.
There will be no in-store distillery release: Please do not make plans to travel to the distillery in anticipation of purchasing a bottle unless you have been selected as a lottery winner. There will be no in-store distillery release of the 2026 Double Oaked Bourbon.
