“Bottle Your Own” Experience Launches

13th Colony Distilleries is inviting whiskey fans to take their love of bourbon and rye to the next level with its newest premium offering: the Bottle Your Own Experience. Guests can step into the rickhouse, sample cask-strength Single Barrels, and personally fill, cork, and hand-label their very own bottle of 13th Colony Single Barrel Bourbon or Rye Whiskey.

The immersive experience begins with cocktails crafted from 13th Colony’s clear spirits, followed by a guided distillery tour that showcases how South Georgia’s unique climate shapes the aging process. Guests then enjoy a curated tasting of flagship aged spirits, including two Single Barrel cask-strength whiskeys. After selecting a favorite, participants will complete the process themselves by filling, corking, labeling, and sealing a bottle that is uniquely theirs.

Each reservation includes one custom-filled bottle, with the option to purchase a second bottle (limit two per person). Guests will also receive a complimentary 13th Colony Rocks glass to commemorate the experience. Availability of barrels is limited and subject to change, with bottles filled on a first-come, first-served basis during the experience.
