Lottery Rules

• Number of Entries: Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. (Name and date of birth will be cross referenced to eliminate duplicate entries.)
• Entry Period: The sweepstakes entry ends at 5 p.m. ET January 12, 2026. No exceptions.
• Drawing:  On January 13, 2026, 13th Colony will randomly select seven winners who will be given the opportunity to be part of the 2026 Insiders Single Barrel Selection Team at 13th Colony Distilleries in Americus, Georgia, for the event on the event date and time and purchase two bottles of the Single Barrel selection at the end of the event. Winners will be notified via email and must reply by 5 p.m. ET January 19, 2026.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Publicity Release: By entering this contest, participants agree that if selected as a winner, the sponsor may publicly announce their first name, last initial, and general location (e.g., city and/or state) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the sponsor’s website, social media channels, email communications, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
