A nose that’s black cherry balsamic reduction, black licorice, pears and green apple, dark cocoa powder and barbeque smoke and toasted vanilla bean. The taste is corn and apple skins wrapped in smoke. Danish butter cookie with cinnamon and clove. A warm medium finish has notes of smoke, caramel and toasted black pepper.
