This year’s Cask Strength Southern Bourbon has a sweeter profile up front than last year’s limited release, with a finish that’s a bit softer. This limited edition bourbon will have allocation in the following states beginning in mid-April: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas along with Washington, D.C. and select online retailers. A limited amount will be available for the sale at the distillery starting April 10th, while supplies last.
The nose is dark and earthy with bold notes of honey and baking spice while the palate brings vanilla syrup and orange marmalade followed by delicate herbal notes. Its finish is smooth and approachable
