Our master distiller says our 2024 Barrel Aged Gin is “a journey.” “The more I go back to it, the more flavors come out,” he says. The finish leaves some spices and herbs on your palate with a slight warmth that disappears quickly. With 2,352 bottles, our Barrel Aged Gin was released in July 2024 and is an online and Georgia-only retail release.
A light juniper, followed by orange blossom honey, marzipan, shortbread almond cookie, then the spice comes in on the finish. Hints of clove, black pepper, lavender and simple syrup.
