Sample Whiskey From Barrels On Tour

13th Colony Distilleries is giving whiskey enthusiasts the chance to sample whiskey and bourbon like true distillers with the launch of its VIP Barrel Thief Tour and Tastings experience. Beginning Summer 2025, fans can visit the distillery’s rickhouse where they can “thief” 13th Colony whiskey and bourbon directly from the barrels as part of a new VIP tour and tasting event.

Ideal for special occasions and the perfect way to make an ordinary day extraordinary, the Barrel Thief Tour and Tasting Experience is a private tasting event including a one-on-one tour of 13th Colony’s distillery in Americus, Georgia; craft cocktails made with 13th Colony’s popular spirits; a flight of 13th Colony’s Southern Bourbon, Southern Rye Whiskey, Southern Vodka and Southern Gin; and a visit to the distillery’s rickhouse to sample Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey and Cask Strength Rye Whiskey directly from the barrel. Each participant also goes home with a 13th Colony Rocks glass.

Designed for a minimum of two and up to 10 participants, the private Barrel Thief Tour and Tastings is available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
